| If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to Sign Arts Products for a refund within 15 days of receipt if in new, unused condition. Please email rcooper@signartsproducts.com to obtain a return authorization number. All unauthorized returned shipments will be refused. |
| In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. |
