| If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to Sign Arts Products for a refund within 15 days of receipt if in new, unused condition. You must email rcooper@signartsproducts.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please be aware that unauthorized return shipments will be refused. |
| In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Products must be returned in new and unused condition. |
